It is with great pleasure and honor that the USCGFR invites you to participate in the 36th National Championship, which will take place from May 18th through 21st, 2026 at Grandover resort in Greensboro, North Carolina USA, host by Downtown Greensboro Rotary Club and Crescent Rotary Club.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees for USCGFR Members are $825 (Early Bird rate if paid before December 31, 2025) and $875 after December 31, 2025. If you are not a member of the USCGFR your registration fee is $850 (Early Bird rate if paid before December 31, 2025) and $900 after December 31, 2025. You can elect to become a Lifetime Member of the USCGFR for $100. Sign up prior to booking your registration and you will receive the lower registration fee.
Non-Golfer registration fee is $375 by December 31st and $400 after December 31st . Individual tours are $75 and are optional. You can elect to participate in the tours when you register.
Your registration fee includes 3 Golf Games (golfers only), the Opening Ceremony and Dinner (Monday night), Home Hospitality Back yard Dinner by local Rotary Club (Tuesday night), Closing Awards Dinner (Thursday night), Home Hospitality suite (open daily), lunches and welcome bag.

GRANDOVER HOTEL & RESORT
You are responsible for reserving your room at the Grandover Hotel & Resort. To reserve your room at the Resort, a dedicated link for our group is included on the tournament website. If you prefer, or if you plan to arrive before Monday, May 18th, you may call the hotel at 1-336-294-1800 and indicate you are attending the U.S. - Canada Golfing Fellowship (USCGFR).
The special room rate is available through April 1, 2026: $236.00 (single or double occupancy), plus $12.00 Resort Fee & tax. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and our group rate is not guaranteed, so PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY!
CANCELATION POLICY
Significant planning and expenses are incurred on behalf of participants well in advance of the event. Accordingly, the cancellation policy is an important consideration. Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2026 will be eligible for a 100% refund less any credit card fees. Cancellations made between March 2 and May 1, 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund. After May 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing travel insurance from a vendor of your choice to protect your investment should something happen that prevents you from attending the event.
